Lunch & Learn - Florida’s Snubbed Cow Culture
Friday, September 5, noon

Florida’s cowmen forged their own legacy in the swamps, prairies, and pinewoods of the Sunshine State - until a smear campaign in August of 1895 painted Florida’s cow culture in a less-than-flattering light. Discover the history of our state’s unique ranching traditions, the difference between cowmen and cowboys, and the lives of iconic figures who shaped our cow past and continue to influence our cow present.

This program is being offered both in-person and virtually. If you plan to attend virtually, select the "Adult" ticket option that does not include lunch. The access link to join the program virtually will be included in your email confirmation following the completion of your order.

Lunch must be ordered by 9 a.m. on Thursday, September 4.
