Join Jeremy Hileman, History Center assistant curator, as he welcomes DJ and club owner John Gardner (Faith In Physics, Beach Club, Barbarella, Independent Bar) for a very special tour of our latest exhibition, Figurehead: Music & Mayhem in Orlando’s Underground. The two will discuss Gardner’s long-running residency spinning at his Orange Avenue nightclub, as well as the dance music scene of the 80s and 90s. John will also share stories of some of the legendary rock shows that took place at his venue, including the Smashing Pumpkins and The Flaming Lips.
